We're looking for a
Senior Account Executive
who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and is excited to be part of a high-growth national brand. In this role, you'll manage the entire sales process--turning leads into business owners--and bring insight, structure, and mentorship to a growing sales team.
This role is ideal for a motivated closer who knows how to own a pipeline and enjoys helping others succeed along the way.
What You'll Do:
Handle all phases of the sales cycle, from initial inquiry to close
Qualify leads and develop outbound strategies to grow the pipeline
Run discovery and strategy calls with potential franchisees
Present the value of the franchise opportunity clearly and persuasively
Maintain accurate records and next steps in a CRM (HubSpot or similar)
Offer feedback on trends, objections, and competitor activity
Collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to team-wide sales goals
Act as a mentor to newer reps, offering guidance and support
What You Bring:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in full-cycle sales (franchise, SaaS, or healthcare is a plus)
History of closing deals with small business owners, operators, or high-intent consumers
A consultative, value-first approach to selling
Comfort managing a structured, high-velocity sales funnel
Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
Self-motivation and focus in a remote, EST-aligned environment
