Position: Senior Account Executive
Location: CBD, Cape Town
Salary: R20,000 - R25,000 CTC per month + OTE Commission Structure
Our client, a leading edtech business prioritizing human connection in flexible and fully supported online learning programs, is actively seeking a dynamic Senior Account Executive to join their rapidly expanding team. As a passionate and results-driven professional, you will be instrumental in the expansion and management of the enterprise account portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Implement growth strategies to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Foster strong client relationships, identifying and addressing their evolving needs.
- Provide leadership and oversight to account managers.
- Navigate a tightly legislated environment with a solutions architecture approach.
- Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Proven experience as a Senior Account Executive with a successful sales track record.
- Exceptional negotiation, leadership, analytical, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to staying informed about industry trends.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
