We're looking for a deeply experienced SEM expert who has extensive experience with lead gen (as opposed to ecommerce) - someone with at least
15 years
in the game. You've built beautiful, high-performance websites. You've run seven-figure campaigns. You know how to drive results - and you're not afraid to get your hands dirty doing it.
You'll be trusted to take ownership, make fast decisions, and deliver outcomes across a global portfolio. You'll be backed by a sharp, international team spanning the UK, South Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. And you'll have access to best-in-class tools, tech, and talent.

We're looking for someone who:
Has
10+ years of proven success running ROI-focused PPC campaigns
across Google Ads, Meta, and YouTube--crafting, managing, and scaling high-performance campaigns with precision.
Is a
performance-driven SEM strategist
, equally comfortable developing cross-channel paid media strategies and getting hands-on with bidding, audience segmentation, and attribution.
Understands full-funnel PPC
, from high-CTR ad creatives to landing pages that convert--can build, test, and optimise funnels that drive measurable revenue.
Leverages AI tools
to accelerate campaign creative, landing page variations, A/B testing, dynamic keyword insertion, and smart automation across platforms.
Has a sharp eye for
UX/UI and mobile-first performance
, with a deep understanding of how to optimise landing experiences to match
luxury buyer expectations
and drive conversions from paid traffic.
Works with urgency,
solves problems quickly
, and takes full ownership of results--no hand-holding required.
Has experience with
premium or HNW brands
