To champion digital channels for SEO, Social SEM objectives. Oversee customer employee social media engagement to drive positive brand awareness and connectedness across the brands. To manage, assist and oversee all online and digital brand activities across multiple brands within the Adcorp Group and take responsibility for all digital marketing channels within the Group. To execute on Social SEM plans and monitor goals for optimization results, conduct keyword research, and produce digital media campaigns in collaboration with Brands, PR comms specialists . To audit digital channels, generate detailed reports, and keep up to date with the latest trends and concepts in social media, SEM marketing. To regularly communicate with other departments about potential improvements and techniques and effectively implementation online marketing strategies in the form of Google Ads and social media campaigns.xc3x82 BA or BCom in Digital Marketing (NQF 7 or 8) Or Marketing Management and is Google Ads Certified And Google Analytics Certified Necessary tertiary qualification and certificates is essential 3-5 years' experience in a similar role with in the FMC, Insurance,xc3x82 Telecommunications or banking industry or previous digital agency experience preferred. PROCESS Execute strategies and monitor goals for optimization results. Conduct keyword research, and produce digital marketing campaigns. Conduct brand audits on digital platforms for social Seo Generate detailed seo, sem, digital paid social media reports. Keep up to date with the latest trends and concepts in digital marketing. Run Keyword analysis and trend analysis on SEM campaigns. Google Ads, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads setup and monitoring. SEO Social media Tools monitoring and checks. Conduct UX health checks and analysis on links and improve domain authority Monitor website traffic and search engine rankings Provide clear direction to the creative team regarding display and retargeting ad design. Optimise landing pages for maximum conversions and implement remarketing strategies. Review landing page conversion rates and collaborate with internal teams to update/create landing pages and optimise the user experience. Plan, execute and measure A/B testing and conversion tests. Manage and optimise ongoing PPC search, display and remarketing advertising campaigns for core areas of focus at the brand, service, feature and competitor levels. Work with the creative and development teams to implement SEO and UX best practises Conduct on-page SEO across all digital properties to ensure pages are ranking for target keywords. Analyse competitor SEO status and strategize opportunities for improvement for the domain/brand. Implement information architecture best practises when building future site areas and re-architecting existing web pages and landing pages as needed. Conduct keyword analysis to determine which keywords are primary and secondary targets for ranking across web areas. Running paid marketing campaigns, with the aim of maximising traffic to the websites with the best ROI conversation rates CUSTOMER Drive tracking and reporting on interactions with all stakeholders and measure ROI Identify key stakeholder groups and plans to engage, deliver value, create strong relationships, and attain strategic objectives. Develop and optimise new approaches to customer acquisition and conversion through all types of digital media PEOPLE Mentor and motivate team members. Leading on creativity and innovation TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Webmaster and General website maintenance Google Ads Certified Google Analytics Certified Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion and online customer acquisition Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments Highly skilled at writing ad copy SEO-level knowledge of HTML/CSS Working knowledge of WordPress Knowledge of digital tools and platforms in particular Google Analytics Microsoft office - Excellent Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word skills Online marketing experience and a proven track record of driving significant business results from the digital marketing channels Strong knowledge of the digital sphere and social media capabilities SQL, HTML, JavaScript experience
