Project Manager (construction)
Job Description
Applicants must have the following requirements:
Must have a BSc Degree in Construction Studies, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying.
Must be registered with SACPCMP as a Project Management Professional.
Must have 5-8 years of experience in Project Management within the consulting-built environment.
Must have knowledge of construction contracts like JBCC, FIDIC, NEC, and GCC.
Must have knowledge of the full project lifecycle and project management principles.
Must have knowledge of building construction projects.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and PM Bok.
