Experience in sourcing and providing relevant data analyses, strategic insights and recommendations for the development of customer value propositions. Knowledge of the bank's products, systems and processes. Knowledge of the digital environment and how it relates to the banking industry. Good understanding of behavioural economics and its practical application. Experience in reporting, e.g. the ability to build a PowerBI report and other reporting data for day-to-day reporting for the segment
