Responsibilities

Develop and deliver no-code solutions that incorporate AI functionalities. Collaborate with our internal teams to align on project goals and technical specifications. Participate in strategy sessions to optimize our offerings and enhance user engagement. Provide support in the integration of developed solutions within our existing platforms. Continuously innovate and adapt solutions based on feedback and emerging technologies.

Requirements

Established experience in no-code development and integrating AI functionalities into existing platforms. A proven portfolio of successful projects demonstrating innovative solutions in a business context. Understanding of AI tools and their applications in no-code frameworks. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders. Ability to adapt to diverse project requirements and work collaboratively to achieve common goals. A team-oriented approach with a commitment to driving innovation and enhancing user experiences.

Nice-to-Have Capabilities

Generative-AI features: avatar creation (audio/video/3-D), video/audio pipelines, LLM fine-tuning Experience with OpenAI, Cohere, Synthesia, ElevenLabs, etc. HIPAA/GDPR compliance for health data Multi-tenant architecture and feature-flag rollouts

Proof of FlutterFlow apps with10k MAU or App/Play-Store listing At least 3 shipped projects using Dify (or comparable multi-agent layer) Demonstrated skill in crafting secure RLS, custom auth providers, and edge-function APIs Cross-functional squad (PM, UX, AI engineer, QA) ready to start full time (40 h/week) Async-first culture, daily updates in English, 24-h SLA on blockers
