5. Organization: Excellent organizational skills for managing tasks and orders.
6. Knowledge: Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.
7. Flexibility: Willingness to work varied hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
8. Supervision: Oversee a team of junior chefs in their section.
9 . Preparation: Prepare and cook dishes according to the chef's specifications.
10. Quality Control: Ensure the quality and presentation of dishes are up to standards.
11. Training: Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
12. Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen sections for efficient service.
