Requirements

Minimum Grade 12. Valid Grade B PSIRA certificate (Essential, please do not apply with a lower grade) Valid driver's license with an issue date that is more than 5 years. In possession of a firearm competency certificate for business purpose (for all firearms). In possession of a valid regulation 21 certificate Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Be able to read and write English, with good communication skills. At least 3 years' experience is a supervision position. Basic fire-fighting and first aid certificate. (advantage) A valid alcohol testing certificate. (advantage)

Duties and responsibilities (but not limited to)

Supervise and guide security officers. Train and motivate security officers. Maintain daily records. Familiar with all sites. Prepare weekly and monthly reports. Prepare and maintain equipment inventory. Regular patrols and spot checks of all sites. Conduct emergency response drills. Attend and investigate incidents. Gather information and complete reports. Defuse disturbances. Handle all interruptions and complaints, internally and externally. Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with all stakeholders. Support team to reach common goals. Perform routine risk assessment of sites. Assist with other operational and clerical duties
