The Shift Security Supervisor will be in charge of supervising and coordinating the delivery of quality security services during a given shift at our manufacturing facility.

Your 'day to day'

• Manage and control critical security processes (Flowingly, Loss Prevention, Access-Egress, CCTV, Restricted area rights, Security Control Center) with the instructions of PMTR Security Manager
• Manage Flowingly system, Access, and Egress request/approval/routine check
• Inspection, follow-up, and coordination in shift security operations
• Prepare regular security reports about Supply Chain Activities and Flowingly system
• Provide second layer security management in comply with PMI standards, continuous report to the Security Team Lead
• Good command of PMI procedures and processes; ensure emergency management and coordination
• Must deliver timely and accurate information to the PMI management,
• Ensure that the security service provider provide services in accordance with local requirements and PMI standards
• Conduct inspections as required by Security & Market Safety Management,
• Conduct inspections related to warehouse security standards including FG, OTP and NTM

Who we're looking for

• Diploma in Security Risk Management or related qualification is preferred
• PSIRA Grade A
• Minimum 4 years Security Supervisory experience
• 1 year Certificate in Security Risk Management or related field
• Diploma in Security Risk Management or related qualification will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
