Education :
Grade 12 Senior Certificate
Certifications:
Valid PSIRA Grade A or B Certificate
Valid Driver's License
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in the security industry
Minimum of 5 years security experience within a mining environment
Skills and Attributes:
Fluent in both Afrikaans and English (spoken, read, and written)
Fully computer literate
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Professional demeanor with the ability to manage client relations, crisis situations, and discipline among security personnel
Additional Information:
The position requires independent oversight of all security operations on a mining site.
Applicants must have their own transport to the site.
Accommodation will be provided by the employer for the duration of employment.
A company vehicle will be available for operational use within the site only.
