Job Description

This role is ideal for a responsible and well-groomed individual who takes pride in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. The successful candidate will monitor access points, manage visitor movements, respond to incidents, and provide a consistent physical security presence throughout the property.

Daily responsibilities include controlling access to the estate, preventing unauthorized entry, assisting visitors courteously, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures. Accurate record-keeping, incident reporting, and professionalism are non-negotiable.

The position requires shift work, including weekends and public holidays. A clean appearance, good communication skills, and a calm, decisive manner are essential.

PSIRA registration (minimum Grade C);

At least 2 years' experience in a security role;

Clear criminal record and contactable references;

SARS registered and in possession of a green barcoded ID or smart card;

Ability to work shifts and weekends;

Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

Physically fit, well-presented, and professional at all times.
