Tertiary qualification in Security Management or related field (advantageous).
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a security management role, preferably in a residential or property management environment.
Proven experience in managing security contracts and service providers.
Sound knowledge of physical security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control, etc.).
Familiarity with Health & Safety and emergency response procedures.
Valid driver's license.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREA:
Preparation of Company Annual Financial statements.
Develop and implement security policies and procedures to safeguard the organization's personnel, assets, and information.
Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate measures to mitigate risks.
Manage access control systems and monitor security cameras to ensure a safe and secure environment.
Collaborate with other departments to create and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
Conduct security awareness training for employees and promote a culture of security and compliance.

Manage security personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
