Role Overview

A well-established and reputable security services provider is seeking

two experienced Guarding Sales Consultants

to drive new business growth across Johannesburg North and surrounding areas.

This role is suited to

self-driven, commercially astute hunters

with a proven track record in manned guarding sales. The environment is fast-paced and performance-led, with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively source and secure

new guarding contracts

(commercial, industrial, residential) Conduct client needs analysis and present tailored guarding solutions Build and manage a strong

sales pipeline

from prospecting to close Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service-level agreements Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting Build long-term client relationships and generate repeat business Work closely with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery Meet and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs

Minimum Requirements

Proven track record in

guarding or security services sales

Strong understanding of

manned guarding solutions

Demonstrated hunter mentality with consistent closing ability Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Ability to work independently without constant management Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport Professional appearance and conduct

Remuneration

Salary negotiable

Pay: R28000,00 - R35000,00 per month
