: * Assist the production department to manage and control personnel, proactively report violations of discipline and make relevant registrations.

• Confirm visitor information as required and prohibit irrelevant personnel from entering the company.
• Register and check the vehicles entering and leaving the company one by one to ensure that there is no error in the entry and exit of the goods.
• Cooperate with relevant departments to do administration services, such as (express delivery, office facility relocation) etc.
• Frequently check the live status of the monitoring system and the access control system, deal with any abnormalities in time, make a record of the monitoring system and shift records, and be responsible for safekeeping and strict enforcement of confidentiality disciplines.
• Visitors from outside the factory enter the factory area and request to show their valid IDs, personnel irrelevant to the company are not allowed to enter without the consent of the company's leaders.
• Maintain a high degree of responsibility when patrolling at night, and conduct key inspections on high security areas and vital parts, 3 times in the night and each patrol shall not be less than 2 hours.
• Responsible for keeping of the keys in the monitoring room
• The delivery security must be on the customer unit. The name, quantity and delivery time of the goods are supervised and signed by the security guard.
• Monitoring the employees or visitors to prevent them bringing in a mobile phone or some electronic devices into HSA, also preventing them from carrying some HSA assets out of the premises.
• Ensure the normal operation of various security management systems (such as CCTV, access control, fire safety systems), facilities and equipment (such as CCTV cameras, alarms, etc.)
• Supervising the warehouse shipments to ensure the security of the goods handover process.
• Check and register the visitors' information clearly before release, and monitor the visitors' activity under CCTV.
• Ensure that the controlled number of physical keys and the number of temporary cards are accurate.
• Ensure the security of the site environment and prevent criminals attacks.
• Without special permission, it is prohibited to directly take cards out of the high security area.
• According to the company's safety requirements, without special permission, it is strictly forbidden to bring mobile phones or any other electronic equipment into the high security area.
