Job Description


Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and patrol On Board Cruise Ship to ensure the safety and security of all personnel and property- Conduct regular inspections of the vessel to identify any potential security risks- Respond to security incidents and emergencies according to company protocols- Maintain accurate records of all security-related activities- Conduct security checks on all personnel, cargo, and equipment boarding the vessel- Collaborate with other security team members to ensure a cohesive and effective security plan- Stay up-to-date on all security procedures and protocols, and make recommendations for improvements as needed- Communicate effectively with crew members and shore staff regarding any security concerns or incidents- Report any security breaches or suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities- Assist with the training and development of new security team members as neededQualifications and Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous experience in a security or law enforcement role is preferred- Knowledge of maritime security procedures and protocols is a plus- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergency situations- Physically fit and able to perform security duties on board a vessel- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends- Must pass a background check and drug test- Must hold a valid security guard license/certification
