Minimum Requirements

Diploma in ICT or relevant equivalent NQF Level 6 qualification Cyber Security Certification 3 - 5 years' ICT experience A valid driver's license

Core Responsibilities

:


Design and implement information technology security requirements Input and advise on strategic capability and leadership to ensure that organisational demands are met in the short, medium and long term Implement security requirements to ensure that applications and data are secured against security threats Design and build detailed security solutions to ensure that the ICT applications are secured and data is protected against the latest security threats Perform security testing to ensure that security implementations are successful and to produce an audit trail of security activities Research and communicate on latest security trends to inform and ensure that the applications and data are protected optimally against threats Execute disaster recovery activities to ensure the least possible impact on business in case of a disaster Ensure governance and risk management to identify and manage governance and risk expose liability and to enable the achievement of subject matter standards regarding governance, risk and compliance Perform financial processes to ensure effective financial control and financial compliance Apply customer service orientation to meet customer expectations
