Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the engineering activities within the mining section
• Develop and implement strategies to improve safety, equipment performance, and maintenance practices

• Optimize mine production by identifying opportunities for process improvement
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders
• Participate in budgeting and cost control activities
• Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team

Requirements

• A degree in Engineering or a related field
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in the mining industry
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent knowledge of mining operations and equipment
• Proven experience in implementing safety and quality standards
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
