MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To provide secretarial and administrative support in order to ensure effective and efficient administrative operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- Perform general office administration
- Coordinate and administer documentation and correspondence
- Provide professional reception service
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION
Grade 12 or Equivalent Qualification
DESIRED EDUCATION
Secretarial or Office Administration Qualification
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
3 Years experience in an administrative or secretarial role
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
Experience in a similar role in the healthcare industry
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Event planning and coordination
- Typing skills
- Microsoft Office Packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Telephone etiquette
- Administrative skills
- Stock control
- Minute taking
- Formatting and styling of written communication (i.e. memoaAAs, letters, emails, study guides, mail merge)
