Job Title: Search Agent - Full 360 Recruitment Function
Location: Jet Park, Boksburg
Salary: R10,000 - R12,000 per month (Basic)

Role Overview:
The Search Agent will play a key role in managing end-to-end recruitment activities. This is a fast-paced position that requires attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a proactive approach to candidate and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and identify suitable candidates across various platforms
Screen and process applicants according to job specifications
Conduct preliminary interviews with potential candidates
Complete employment confirmations and reference checks
Compile and format professional CVs
Request and manage candidate supporting documentation
Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
Follow up on interviews and provide feedback to all parties
Facilitate the offer and placement process
Maintain regular follow-ups and check-ins with both candidates and clients
Requirements:
Previous experience in a recruitment or HR support role (preferred)
Strong administrative and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
High attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office and email communication
Must have own vehicle or reliable transport
Based in or able to commute to Jet Park, Boksburg
