What You'll Do
Be the
guardian of mission-critical networks
, stepping in when others can't. Own and resolve escalations acrossSD-WAN technologies (Meraki, VeloCloud, Viptela)
and converged infrastructure: IP networking, WAN, Telco issues, routing, firewalls, DNS, MPLS, QoS. Make the call, take control, andrestore stability when the stakes are highest.
Collaborate across teams and vendors -- commanding trust at every level. Carry the weight of24/7 mission readiness

3-5 years' hands-on experience with
SD-WAN products
(Meraki, VeloCloud, Viptela). Solid background in IP routing & switching within complex service provider environments. A relevant IT diploma/degreeOR
CCNA + CCNP (Cisco certified, verified). SD-WAN certifications (essential). Fault management mastery -- you don't just follow processes, youown outcomes.
