Your mission

Our Europe-based client is looking for a

driven, results-oriented Sales Expert

who is eager to take ownership, grow with the company, and play a key role in expanding the client base. The successful candidate will act as the face of the organisation towards hiring managers, HR leaders, and decision makers -- guiding them in solving their recruiting challenges through the client's innovative platform.


Tasks are (but not limited to):Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and other channels. Schedule appointments and product demonstrations with qualified prospects. Conduct research on new markets, industries, and potential clients to identify opportunities for growth. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets. Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, understanding their recruiting challenges and showing how the platform provides solutions.

Your profile

Your Profile

Proven track record in B2B sales (ideally SaaS, HR tech, or digital services). Hungry to succeed: you thrive on targets, challenges, and personal growth. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in

German.

Ability to understand client needs quickly and translate them into tailored solutions. Self-motivated, structured, and eager to work in a dynamic startup environment. You live in South Africa and you have a valid work permit for South Africa or permanent resident status.
