Role Overview
SDR (Sales Development Representative)
Position Overview: The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is an entry-level sales role responsible for generating new business opportunities and setting qualified appointments for the sales team. This is a crucial position that supports the overall sales efforts and helps drive revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement
• Identify and qualify potential customers through research, data analysis, and personalized outreach
• Schedule discovery calls and demos with qualified leads for the sales team
• Maintain a detailed pipeline and CRM records to track all prospect and customer interactions
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize prospecting strategies and improve conversion rates
• Provide regular reporting on activities, metrics, and pipeline health

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or lead generation role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence prospects
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask
• Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) and email outreach tools (e.g., Instantly)
• Familiarity with the real estate or hospitality industry is a plus
• Passion for sales and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
