Responsibilities:
Maintain supply of clean dishes, glassware, silverware etc
Maintain clean kitchen environment
Completes work projects as assigned by Senior Management
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen to meet established cleanliness and quality standards
Ensure equipment is in fully working order and report any defects
Assist back of house team when requested
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots or pans, using dishwashers or by hand.
Place clean dishes, utensils or cooking equipment in storage areas
Able to lift and push kitchen equipment
