Scrum Master (mid Level)
Job Description
Facilitating sprint execution and continuous improvement.
Promoting cross-functional collaboration.
Ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution.
Coaching teams on agile principles.
Removing impediments and promoting agile best practices.
Occasionally contributing to development and testing.
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment.
Scrum/Agile Certification, with strong understanding of Kanban methodologies.
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or other Agile project management tools.
Ability to facilitate discussions,resolve conflicts, foster collaboration, and drive team alignment.
Excellent communication, problem-solving skills& excellent at taking ownership/accountability.
Experience in product development with an ability to support software engineering teams technically when required
