SUMMARY:
-POSITION INFO:Scrum Master required in Centurion, on a hybrid working model (3 days in office) for a 12-month contract within the telecommunications industry. The Scrum Master will be responsible for utilising agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions. The role involves training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams, facilitating scrum events, and removing impediments to ensure team productivity and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:

• Train, mentor, and support scrum teams in agile values, principles, and practices.
• Help teams determine and manage tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
• Schedule and facilitate scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.
• Monitor progress and performance and help teams make improvements.
• Ensure the proper use of collaborative processes and remove impediments for the scrum team.
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.
• Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity.
• Help build a productive environment where team members own the product and enjoy working on it.

Requirements:

• Scrum Master certification (mandatory).
• Basic understanding of software development.
• Bachelor's degree (advantage).
• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution ability.
• Appropriate qualification in Computer Science, Informatics,

, or IT qualification. * Certified Scrum Master (CSM) OR Professional Scrum Master (PSM).

• Certificate in Programme or Project Management.
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
