Job Description
Schedule and facilitate the Scrum ceremony meetings
Remove impediments
Consistently drive the team to deliver quality work
Support the team to be self-organising and functioning
Report on all the Team's processes and progress
Ensure that sufficient capacity is available
Matric / Tertiary Qualification in IT
Agile or Project Management Certifications
4 years of experience as a Scrum Master
Good understanding of Agile methodologies
Between 3 - 5 Years
