Position Overview:
As a Scrum Master, you will lead, coach and mentor development teams in agile processes, tools and techniques to enable high performance and streamlined delivery. You will also help facilitate continuous development on projects across our business.

Responsibilities:
Some of the activities you will be involved with include:

  • Agile Facilitation: Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives. Define and use agile metrics to assess and report the team's progress.
  • Planning: Create, maintain and actively manage future pipeline of work using Sprint and Roadmap planning.
  • Collaboration: Create a positive culture within the team. Lead cross-functional collaboration and communication outside of the team with key internal stakeholders and teams.
  • Problem solving: Actively remove blockers to the development team's progress. Manage dependencies, risks and issues internal and external to the team.
  • Continuous Improvement: Review team processes and practices on a regular basis and implement enhancements as needed.
  • Training & Coaching: Provide guidance and coaching to the team on Agile principles and practices. Coach other areas of the business on agile tools and techniques.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the key funnel of communication in and out of the team. Work with key internal stakeholders such as Project Management team, Senior Stakeholders and other teams across the business as required.
Qualifications & Experience:

The right candidate for this role will have:
  • Demonstrable evidence of knowledge of agile practices and techniques in either a Scrum Master role or equivalent
  • Experience of managing and planning deliverables and/or projects
  • Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle
  • Awareness of different roles and responsibilities in development teams
  • Agile or Scrum Master Qualifications are a bonus
