Job Advert SummaryHelloxe2x80xa6 an exciting new opportunity has just become available in our Hollard Insure, IT, Digital Chapter area.We are looking to recruit an Scrum Master (AI).Job Purpose:The purpose of this role is to drive the successful implementation and adoption of AI and IA initiatives. This role encompasses two key areas:

• Leading AI and IA project management and change management within the Insure IT department for specific AI and IA projects, and
• Spearheading organisation-wide AI and IA education, awareness, and adoption through the Cognitive Curators and Nexus Team initiatives.

This position ensures AI and IA projects are delivered effectively and fosters a culture of AI and IA literacy and engagement across the company.Key Responsibilties:AI and IA Project Management (Insure IT):Lead and manage specific AI and IA projects within the IT department, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project objectives.Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress.Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders within the IT department.Monitor project progress, report milestones, and ensure adherence to standards.AI and IA Project Change Management (Insure IT):Develop and execute change management strategies for specific AI and IA projects within the IT department.Conduct stakeholder impact assessments specific to those projects.Create and deliver training and communication plans for project related changes.Monitor adoption metrics for IT department projects.Organisation-Wide AI and IA Education, Awareness, and Community Engagement (Cognitive Curators and Nexus):Lead the "Cognitive Curators" stream within the AI Forum, responsible for organisation-wide AI and IA education, change management, and awareness.Deliver on comprehensive AI and IA training and educational materials for all employees.Organise and facilitate AI and IA focused events and workshops (e.g., Copilot promptathons, DEAL sessions) for the entire organisation.Drive AI and IA awareness through effective communication strategies across all departments.Lead day to day operations of the cognitive curators team.Champion the AI and IA stream within the Nexus Team, leading AI and IA related events.Coach and mentor individuals within the Nexus Team.Agile Leadership:Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote Agile best practices, primarily within Insure IT AI and IA projects.Remove impediments and foster collaboration.Required Knowledge and Experience

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in AI and IA or technology-related projects.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• Experience in change management and business transformation.
• Experience in training development, and event management.
• An understanding of AI and IA technologies and their applications.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate both departmental and organisation-wide initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities for diverse audiences.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with data analysis and model evaluation.

Educational Requirements

• a related field (Masters preferred).
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) and/or Agile certification (CSM, PMI-ACP) is highly desirable.
• Change management certification (PROSCI, APMG) will serve as an advantage
