Job Summary:


The Screen Print Technician is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining screen printing equipment to produce high-quality printed designs on various substrates. The role requires attention to detail, technical skill, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare screens, inks, and other materials for printing according to job specifications. Set up and calibrate screen printing machines to ensure proper registration and color accuracy. Operate manual and automatic screen printing equipment efficiently. Monitor print jobs for quality control, ensuring prints meet company standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the printing process. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment. Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment. Keep accurate records of production runs and job details. Assist in inventory management of inks, screens, and supplies. Collaborate with design and production teams to meet deadlines and specifications.

Qualifications:



Prior experience in screen printing or related fields preferred. Basic understanding of printing techniques and equipment. Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills.

Physical Requirements:



Ability to stand for extended periods. Manual dexterity and ability to lift moderate weights.
