A small Independant School looking for a Principal

Educational Leadership
- Set academic goals and standards.
- Oversee curriculum implementation and teaching quality.
- Monitor student performance and drive improvement.

School Management & Administration
- Manage daily operations, budgets, and resources.
- Ensure compliance with educational policies and regulations.
- Maintain school facilities and safety protocols.

Staff Development & Human Resources
- Recruit, train, and evaluate teachers and staff.
- Provide professional development opportunities.
- Foster collaboration and morale among staff.

Vision & Direction
- Shape the long-term strategy and culture of the school.
- Promote values, inclusivity, and innovation in education.
- Align school goals with national or district priorities.

Community Engagement
- Act as a liaison between the school and parents.
- Build partnerships with local organizations.
- Advocate for student needs and extracurricular activities.

Accountability & Quality Assurance
- Track performance metrics and report to education authorities.
- Ensure transparency in decision-making.
- Uphold discipline and ethical standards.
Requirements
- B.Ed. degree
- Valid SACE
- Must be able to teach Commerce subjects in Senior and FET Phase
Salary will be dependent on the experience
