Are you a natural organiser with a knack for logistics and scheduling?
A well-established client in the agriculture sector is looking for a detail-oriented Scheduler to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in coordinating the movement of raw materials and finished goods across local and international markets.
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in logistics or supply chain operations, thrive under pressure, and have exceptional communication skills in both English and Afrikaans.
Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate inbound raw materials and outbound finished goods logistics
• Schedule all product movements, including Inter-Depot Transfers
• Manage the receiving process for all raw materials
• Liaise with clients and agents to develop and implement scheduling plans
• Communicate scheduling plans to the production team daily
• Oversee contract management for transport contractors
• Arrange and manage transportation for a range of products
• Archive documentation related to logistics and scheduling
• Allocate products to various business units
• Manage packaging data within allocation plans

Requirements:

• Matric or equivalent qualification
• A tertiary qualification in Supply Chain or Logistics is advantageous
• Previous experience in a similar role is essential
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans (written and spoken)
• Proficient in MS Office with strong Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality-driven mindset
• Excellent time and stress management skills
• Effective communication and conflict resolution abilities
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Willingness to work outside of standard hours when required
