Position is Based in Western cape

Excellent Microsoft Excel Skills

1. Collects relevant government laws and regulafions required for site/ROW acquisifion, and organizes the formulafion of plans and solufions related to ROW acquisifion.

2. Tracks the progress of obtaining the ROW at the site and summarizes informafion to ensure that the ROW is obtained as planned.

3. Cooperates with the outsourcing cerficafion manager in site/ROW acquisifion of subcontractor cerficafion, and assist purchasing department in conrming and complefing ROW acquisifion interface, responsibility matrix and ROW acquisifion service items; assist in site/ROW acquisifion service purchase;

4. Manages the services of the project site/ROW acquisifion team and subcontractors.

5. Reviews the site/ROW acquisifion evaluafion report and be responsible for the ROW availability.

6. Organizes the signing of site/ROW lease contracts (between customers and owners).

7. Makes a budget for site/ROW acquisifion to control the costs of ROW acquisifion.

Grade 12

Telecommunication Bachelor Degree or equivalent as a advantage

Any other valid and relevant / required and / or additional qualifications / training and / or certification the candidate can present with proof is an advantage

Knowledge of PDF editors, Microsoft (Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to learn new systems in a timely manner.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with foreigners and be under pressure.

Attention to detail, data organization and time management skills.

Excellent reporting skills
