Job Summary - Support and coordination of the consolidation of ECC6 for Company and the transition to S/4HANA in collaboration with Company. Manage the implementation of the New Control Model within Company. Establish the new IT support channel after the implementation of the new S/4HANA platform. Manage the delivery of the associated configuration documentation based on the global template and local configuration deployed. Specializing in the SAP modules, PP, MM and SD - Act as a conduit between the Company business stakeholders, the SAP project team members and project suppliers. - Bringing experience or knowledge of industry-specific business processes to projects to achieve process optimisation. - Project management of internal projects, creation and maintenance of project schedules, weekly updates on project progress. - Coordinate project meetings/workshops and produce the required project documentation, system configuration documentation, standard operating procedures and training material required, in conjunction with the SAP team. - Assist project teams to gather requirements and translate requirements into designs that leverage existing solutions where practical - Regular reporting to IT management on progress, costs, deviations, risks and necessary corrective actions - Coordinates the activities of relevant consultants working with the IT department. - Advise and monitor quality of solution deliverables - Ensure design issues and options are clearly articulated and communicated in order to reach the right conclusion with demonstrable audit trail - Adhere to Company policies and procedures - Work closely with C-Level clients, understanding their requirements and helping them to build best practice solutions for their region - Develop project Plans including work breakdown structure. Project milestones, critical path analyses, Risk management Plan, Resource Planning/Resource Loading, budget costing - performs other tasks and activities that are necessary for business operations QUALIFICAITONS AND EXPERIENCE - Degree in Information Technology or several years of professional experience in a similar environment - S/4HANA certification an advantage - Many years of professional experience (more than 5 years) in a comparable field of activity - Extensive knowledge of ERP (SAP) over several years, In depth working knowledge of S/4HANA and FIORI/Neptune environments - Extensive experience in the management of global SAP/ERP projects, in particular, transformation from ECC6 to S/4HANA - SAP experience with a working knowledge of business processes in accounting, cost control, and an in depth knowledge of engineering, manufacturing and warehousing. - Experience with PRINCE2/PMBoK/SCRUM/Agile - Customer orientation (internal / external) and consulting skills - analytical and structured way of working - Self-reliance, self-organization and successful time management - Integrity and confidentiality - above-average motivation and commitment - comprehensive SAP knowledge - comprehensive MS Project, Primavera software knowledge - English language skills on level C1 - C2 (CEFR)Bridge Personnel ccRecruiter
