Deliver / manage against the training plan
Assess training needs and adapt plans to be effective
Deliver to high quality training standards and processes
Ensure the availability of a quality technical training environment
Ensure the availability of a high quality classroom environment
Ensure a seamless process for training new users
Develop SAP Training Material
Develop training materials are highly effective and up to date
Ensure effective assessment of user competencies
Ensure training records are properly maintained
Ensure there are effective online resources available to trainees
Ensure that eLearning is used where it can be effective
Co-ordination with Training Stakeholders
Adhere to quality standard
Utilize training tools appropriately, e.g. LMS, SPP
Ensure training catalogues are up to date
Align with wider training initiatives
Co-ordinate with change management teams
Co-ordinate with Super User communities
Co-ordinate with Security & Authorisations regarding access
Co-ordinate with the SAP Support Helpdesk on user issue
Requirements
Experience of large SAP ERP programmes
Experience of SAP training project environments
Experience of SAP End User Support
Experience training complex SAP Master Data
Developing & Publishing Simulations on SPP
SAP Training Content Development
Skills & Experience: Desired
Articulate Storyline eLearning Tool
Experience Delivering Train the Trainer
SETA / NQF Training Qualifications
ARIS Process Management Tool
Experience facilitating User Acceptance Testing
Essential Business Concepts
