Summary

Description

Wexe2x80x99re looking for an SAP Consultant with S/4HANA TM knowledge:

• Must have experience in sea, road transportation (would be in the area of freight)
• Covering all aspects of transportation: planning; scheduling, execution and integration with the respective purchasing and finance modules in SAP.
• Must have experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Highly desirable is knowledge of Carrier Platforms (BN4L, Transporeon or similar).

Job functions:

• The position will report directly to the IT Application Manager (based in the USA).
• The mission is to assess the usage of the current TM module, implemented in the frame of Business Transformation in Australia.
• It includes assessing its configuration in the light of our logistic processes and address automation needs for the users, detecting quick wins.
• As a Consultant you will provide technical competence in the SAP S4 TM module.
• The ability to work proactively and cooperatively as a team is essential as this position is expected to resolve business user driven issues following a recent S4 implementation.
• You are going to assess the TM module configuration of our newly implemented SAP S/4HANA system.
• Work with business facing teams to improve processes using SAP capabilities and identify change management needs.
• Work with the relevant IT team to implement the changes when relevant.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric plus a Bachelor's degree in Business/Information Systems.
• SAP TM related certification preferred.
• 5 to 7 years plus experience with strong SAP and cross functional configuration, project and user support for logistics, customer service and other business areas (Transportation Module).
• Deep knowledge of SAP S4, TM with expertise in all transportation modes (Sea, Road, Plane).
• Deep knowledge of transportation processes (inbound and outbound flows) for all categories of products (Raw material, Finished Goods).
• Very good knowledge and experience with interfaces, EDI, iDocs.
• Experience in a business function in the Purchasing area is a plus, experience in the Mining / Chemistry sector or a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Must have completed at least 2 full lifecycle of SAP S/4HANA deployment including after go-live support.
