Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Testing Quality Analyst or Quality Engineer to work on ensuring the reliability, performance, and compliance of SAP systems. The role involves designing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Location: Remote (US time zone)
Key Responsibilities:
Test Planning & Execution:

• Develop, document, and maintain functional and regression test plans.
• Execute test cases across SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP, QM, FI).
• Use tools like HP ALM, and UFT for test management, and Tricentis Tosca for automation.

Defect Management:

• Identify, log, and track defects using defect tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to resolve issues.
• Follow up on defects and push them to resolution.

Process Improvement:

• Recommend enhancements to testing processes and tools.
• Implement best practices to improve test coverage and efficiency.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Participate in project reviews and provide quality status updates.

Automation & Performance Testing:

• Develop automated test scripts for regression and performance testing.
• Use tools like LoadRunner, and QTP/UFT.

Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience: 5+ years in SAP QA or testing roles.
Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP modules and integration testing.
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks.
• At least 3 years hands on experience using Tricentis Tosca.
• Knowledge of SQL, Unix scripting, and SAP GUI protocols.
• Knowledge of Power BI and ADO is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong training and people skills.
• Ability to work in Agile or hybrid project environments.
