Coordinate and resolve Change Management (CM), Critical Incident Management (CIM), and Incident Management (IM) tickets, ensuring timely closure within defined SLAs.
Lead and manage Problem Management (PM) tasks, identifying and addressing underlying issues.
Control and maintain SAP systems operations, ensuring compliance with IT internal controls and high availability.
Support the Feature Team in an Agile environment by managing assigned User Stories and performing ticket duty services as needed.
Develop and implement strategies for SAP system optimization, manage upgrades and migrations, and ensure systems compatibility with organizational strategies.
Engage with clients through meetings and communications, prepare system documentation per ISO standards, and develop Business Blueprint documents.
Provide technical support to the SAP Basis team, collaborate with other IT teams for seamless integration, and conduct regular audits of SAP systems.
Participate in strategic planning for SAP systems, propose solutions for improving business processes, and stay updated on the latest SAP technologies and trends.
