Job Overview: As an SAP S/4 HANA Project Manager, you will play a critical role in planning, executing, and closing SAP projects, with a primary focus on S/4 HANA implementations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, a deep understanding of SAP S/4 HANA, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budget.

Lead the end-to-end execution of SAP S/4 HANA projects, managing resources, tasks, and deliverables.

Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and end-users, to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.

Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders at all levels.

Team Leadership:

Build and lead cross-functional project teams, providing direction, support, and motivation.

Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture to ensure successful project outcomes.

SAP S/4 HANA Expertise:

Leverage in-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA to guide the technical aspects of the project.

Collaborate with SAP architects, consultants, and developers to ensure the effective implementation of SAP solutions.

Risk Management:

Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, developing mitigation plans as needed.

Implement best practices to ensure project quality and minimize potential issues.

Budget and Resource Management:

Monitor project budgets and allocate resources efficiently to ensure project success.

Work closely with finance and HR teams to manage project staffing and resource allocation.

What will make you a good fit for the role?

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as an SAP Project Manager, with a focus on S/4 HANA implementations.

Strong understanding of SAP project methodologies, including ASAP and Agile.

Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.

Effective leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

SAP certifications in project management are a plus.
