• Interface experience (On-Prem SAP), IT Security, AWS & ITSM, JIRA

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

• IT Degree and/or relevant qualifications
• 5 years of experience

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Senior SAP Platform & CPI Consultant, you will:

• Utilize Groovy scripting for effective solutions.
• Demonstrate extensive experience in IT middleware architectures based on SuccessFactors.
• Complete specification, product selection, and design of hardware/infrastructure components for technology architecture implementation.
• Support license management of all used software and ensure license compliance.
• Design and provide rollout support to various BMW locations.
• Harmonize deletion concepts and define development guidelines.
• Steer patching of non-cloud infrastructure and role requirements.
• Lead project steering and alignments between various products.
• Possess strong knowledge of web infrastructure and provide architecture steering.
• Act as a provisioning expert with configuration flexibility for different project tasks.
• Support Product and Sub Product Owner in various tasks.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understand business requirements, prepare AS-IS and TO-BE documents, and obtain sign-off from users for Business Blueprint documents.
• Conduct ABAP debugging (Workbench-related knowledge of new development/enhancements).
• Prepare testing documents, perform internal testing, and create Master Data templates.
• Conduct integration testing with other modules and understand interfaces, such as RFCs processing.
• Prepare cut-over strategy, user manuals, and conduct training for business process owners.
• Assist in Go-live preparation and post Go-live support.
• Interact with clients through meetings, calls, and emails.
• Handle tickets and tasks with the responsibility for closing within defined SLAs.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide support.
• Execute required changes through configuration and analyze/resolve Production Support calls.
• Raise Change Requests (CRs) and write Functional Specifications for them.
• Prepare test data for CR testing, conduct testing, and carry out regression testing.
• Interact with consultants of other SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Develop user interface transactional solutions.
