Your Daily Patrols Will Include:
- Full payroll processing function, for large-scale teams (perm & contract staff)
- SAP record maintenance, time management and authorizations
- Benefits management (medical aid, pension, bonuses & 13th cheques)
- Employee engagement & support (bring that EQ and people-first mindset)
- Ensuring compliance with payroll policies, tax and labour laws
- Advanced Excel wizardry for reporting & analysis
- A relevant BCom Degree
- 5+ years' experience in a full payroll function role
- Strong SAP knowledge - non-negotiable!
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Attention to detail that even a guard dog would envy
