POSITION: Contract: 01 November 2025 31 December 2027
EXPERIENCE: 5+ years experience + SAP Certification
COMMENCEMENT: 01 November 2025
LOCATION: Hybrid: Midrand/Menlyn/Rosslyn/Home Office rotation
TEAM: Cosmic Int Team Qualifications/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in IT or Accounting (Required)
• SAP Certification (Required)
• 5+ years' experience in SAP MM (Required)
• South African citizens/residents preferred; valid work permit holders considered
• Willing and able to travel internationally

Essential Skills Requirements
Must have experience/understanding:

• SAP MM (SAP S/4 HANA advantageous)
• Fair knowledge across all SAP modules
• Initial focus on master data management
• Problem identification and solution development with code debugging skills
• Documentation of as-is and to-be business processes
• Coordination with other module SAP Consultants for Integration requirements
• System Proposal/System Design Specifications for Technical team developments
• SAP Module Configuration and process configuration
• Integration between SAP and non-SAP Solutions
• Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter

Advantageous Skills Requirements

• SAP ABAP, Modelling & UI5 Knowledge
• SAP MDG Master Data Governance
• SAP VMS Vehicle Management Systems
• SAP FIORI
• Ability to debug
• German speaking capability
• Flexibility to work weekends/shifts or longer hours if required
• Experience in Agile Methodology
• Experience in Agile Tools such as Confluence and JIRA
• Experience in Test Tools such as HP ALM and JIRA (X-Ray)
• Broad cross SAP Module understanding
• S/4HANA Functional experience
• Solution Manager experience

Role Requirements
System Analysis: Analyse and solve SAP Module issues with analytical and problem-solving skills
Documentation: Development documentation and maintain all SAP Module functional documentation
Testing: Preparation of test cases, user manuals, and conduct Unit tests, Integration tests and System Integration security tests
User Management: Analyse and scope End-user authorisation roles
Process Improvement: Proactively propose solutions to improve support of (new) business processes
Team Support: Support the functional team with issues and provide a solutions-based approach
Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement
Support Services: Provide ongoing support experience and maintenance
