SUMMARY:
SAP IS-U Functional Analyst - ExpertPOSITION INFO:SAP IS-U Functional Analyst ExpertRole Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP IS-U Functional Analyst Expert to join our IS&T ESC Branch. The successful candidate will play a key role in configuring, implementing, and optimizing SAP IS-U solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and industry best practices. The role involves working on multiple IS-U implementations, analyzing business requirements, and executing solutions to enhance operational efficiency.hr align="center" size="2" width="100%" />Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute SAP IS-U implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Analyze business processes and translate them into SAP IS-U configurations and system enhancements.
• Configure and support key IS-U modules, including Energy Data Management (EDM), Device Management, Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI), Sales & Distribution (SD), and Contract Accounting (FICA).
• Conduct business analysis, define functional specifications, and oversee solution implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP IS-U with other SAP and third-party systems.
• Provide expert guidance on project execution, ensuring compliance with local governance and industry regulations.
• Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation for system configurations and business processes.
• Support end-users by delivering training sessions and providing technical assistance as needed.
• Ensure system performance, reliability, and security through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and present innovative solutions that improve operational efficiencies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:Qualifications:

• SAP IS-U Certification is mandatory.
• A related qualification in Information Technology, Business, or a relevant field.

Experience:

• 10+ years of SAP Project Management experience.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering more than two SAP IS-U implementations.
• 10+ years of SAP Business Analyst experience, specifically within IS-U environments.

Core Skills:

• SAP IS-U configuration expertise across multiple modules.
• Strong business analysis skills to understand and translate business needs into SAP solutions.
• Hands-on experience in solution implementation and project execution.
• In-depth knowledge of IS-U functional and analytical processes, including configuration, integration, and module optimization.
• Strong expertise in Energy Data Management, Device Management, AMI, SD, and FICA.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong documentation skills for creating functional specifications and user guides.
