Sap Is Real Estate Consultant
Job Description
Recruit121 has a client in South Africa who is is urgent need of an SAP IS - Real Estate consultant to work with them for 6-12 months initially.
The role will be English speaking.
Candidates MUST be South African Nationals as you will need to undergo security Clearance.
The role is ideally to start as soon as possible but the client can wait until Fevruary 2024 at the latest for the right fit consultant.
The role will include some travel to the client sites in Pretoria and Johannesburg.
The role will be a hybrid working role.
Tasks
This position is for someone who can take huge flexibility. The project requirement varies.
At times the person will be working 40 hours per week sometimes 90 hours per week. - the ranges are 40 hours a month to 120 hours per month.
This position is suitable for someone who has a project already and looking for some extra income on the side.
Requirements
- 5+ Yearsxe2x80x99 experience in SAP RE
- At least 2 full lifecycle of SAP RE
- Able to work on site at Client's office in Pretoria
- South African Citizen
- Happy to go through a High Level Security Clearance
- Knowledge and Experience of SAP Real Estate based on ECC 6.0
- SAP Real Estate Management with Integration to FI, FI-CO, FI-AM, MM, PS, Real Estate, Fleet Management HCM, Travel Management
- SAP Real Estate IMG Configuration, Master Data Setup, ORG, General Settings, Contracts and Lease Management
- Maintenance & Repairs
- Facilities Management
- Portfolio and Location Management
The role is flexible on working hours as stated previously, however the cadidate must be able to travel to the sites in Johannesburg and Pretoria.
This role is a hybrid working role.
