Time Management errors troubleshooting, investigation and resolution
Attend to leave queries
Rules and schemas changes
Provide technical requirements for program development and enhancements
Configuration of Time Management (both positive and negative) solutions
Integration of Time Management and Payroll
Time Management on ESS/MSS
Support users who use timesheets for capturing worked time
Reporting
Business process analysis
Requirements gathering
Solution Design Architecture
Blueprinting Documentation
Customization Design
Customizing Time Management and Personnel Calculation Rules
Preparing testing scenarios and testing documentation
Analyze master data using SAP reporting tools
Draft Functional Specifications and coordinate with ABAP development team for implementation.
Understand interfaces and integration of SAP with Non-SAP systems.

Experience with Positive and Negative Time Management
Must be an SAP Certified SAP HCM consultant
At least 3 Full Life Cycle implementations of SAP HCM (mainly Time & Attendance)
Experience in Biometric project implementation
Expertise knowledge of SAP Time Management
