We are recruiting for a SAP HCM Administrator I to work within the Group Compensation & Benefits Services department. The role will be based at Clicks Head Office in Cape Town and will report to the Business Systems Analyst (SAP HCM).

Documentation and Administrative Tasks
Ensuring knowledge management documents are continuously updated
Project assistant, ensuring all project documentation is complete and manage the project plan to date
Organisational Management
Generation and management of Performance Appraisal documents
Upload processes and managing of weekly errors relating to Training and Events Management
SharePoint Management of Human Capital
User Management (SAP, 4ME, Onbase)
4ME template management (CRM) of the Group HR Suite
Weekly, monthly and ad-hoc or project reporting
Data Analytics
Payroll related system activities - audit of SARS codes, legislation across all countries and ensuring system alignment
Time Management - ensuring the knowledge of system setup is continuous and error resolutions where required
Training end users on various system/ business tools
Minimum requirements

Qualifications and Experience:
1 year experience in payroll/ HR environment
A relevant Diploma/ degree
Intermidiate Excel is required
