• SAP GTS completed courses (advantageous)
• Strong experience in Application Maintenance, Enhancements, and Operations
• Good understanding of system landscape and governance for secure role design and user provisioning
• Solid problem-solving skills for investigating and resolving compliance issues

Essential Skills:

• Functional expertise in SAP GTS (Global Trade Services)
• Knowledge of Customs processes IT (Business processes advantageous)
• Solid background in SAP SD & MM modules
• Experience in the incident management process
• Familiarity with JIRA/Confluence
• Basic ABAP debugging skills (advantageous)
• Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter

Advantageous Skills:

• Additional knowledge of JIRA/Confluence within Agile environments
• Flexibility and willingness to take on different tasks within ongoing initiatives

Role Responsibilities:

• Perform SAP Module Configuration
• Create and maintain development documentation
• Analyse and resolve SAP Module issues
• Configure SAP process workflows
• Maintain and update all functional documentation
• Scope and analyse End-user authorisation roles
• Conduct Unit tests, Integration tests, and System Integration Security tests
• Provide solutions to enhance and support new/existing business processes
• Assist operational and functional teams with a solution-focused approach
• Record, route, and monitor all incidents via ITSM, aligned to GROUP's incident process
• Collaborate with other fix groups and central support teams
• Own incident resolution end-to-end
• Adhere to GROUP escalation processes
• Perform regression testing
• Interface with consultants from other SAP modules
• Support user interface transactional solutions
• Identify and report process discrepancies during regular duties
• Handle general queries professionally and promptly
• Work with team leads on user access, role creation, and new transaction needs
• Enforce SAP security and development guidelines
• Provide technical support and guidance around SAP security and authorisations
