Location: Hybrid - Midrand/Menlyn/Rosslyn/Home Office rotation
Team: WIT PARTS SCE
Experience Required: 6-8 years SAP experience with IT degree or relevant qualifications Essential Skills Requirements Core Warranty Expertise (Mandatory)

• Warranty Operations: Extensive Warranty Application Operations Support background
• Authorization Systems: Warranty Authorizations experience
• Process Management: Deep understanding of warranty application operations
• Agile Framework: Additional responsibilities as per Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter

Advantageous Skills SAP Technologies

• SAP Sales and Distribution (SD)
• SAP HANA platform experience

Qualifications & Experience Requirements Education & Experience

• Education: IT Degree and/or relevant qualifications
• Experience: 5+ years in SAP technologies
• ITSM Knowledge: Deep IT Service Management understanding

Technical Expertise
Experience in at least one of the following SAP technologies:

• Core SAP Modules: SAP Warranty, SD, MM, WM, EWM, APO, BW
• Development: SAP ABAP debugging (advantageous)
• Analytics: SAP Analytics experience
• Change Management: Change Request Management (SAP Transports)
• System Administration: Solution Manager Configuration & Diagnostics

Key Responsibilities Application Maintenance & Support
Provide comprehensive applications maintenance support for:

• Claims Processing: Automated Claim Process, Claim Validation, Claim searching functionality
• Pricing Systems: Different dealer conditions and pricing structures
• Campaign Management: Technical campaigns and reporting systems
• Authorization Systems: Online Authorization Request (DWP), BSI
• Integration Management: Local Packages, DMS Batch interfaces (Credits/Debits)
• Process Optimization: Local processes, Blacklist management
• Vendor Management: Claim split for different vendors (CKD), Local content check (CKD)

Problem Resolution & Change Management

• Issue Resolution: React to and resolve problems and change requests for Design and Build
• Documentation: Record, route, and monitor all reported problems and change requests
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with fix groups and plant-based or central support organizations
• Ownership: Take complete ownership of user-reported problems through to resolution
• Process Compliance: Adhere to documented escalation processes
• Process Improvement: Identify and report discrepancies in documented processes
• Query Management: Manage general queries in timely and professional manner

Agile Operations

• Tool Utilization: Daily use of Agile Tool Chain as per feature team requirements
• Team Collaboration: Active participation in agile ceremonies and processes
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process optimization and team efficiency
