SAP Delivery Coordinator (Expert) - Solution Manager - French & English speaking

Fully Remote

Role Summary

Responsible for end-to-end SAP delivery management across application and technology landscapes. Owns planning, release, cutover, deployment, and transition to operations, ensuring production stability, governance, and operational excellence using SAP Solution Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Define delivery scope with Product Owners, testing teams, and stakeholders Plan, coordinate, and monitor SAP application and technology deliveries Lead release, cutover, deployment, and data loading activities Manage SAP transports and imports across lower, pre-production, and production environments Ensure smooth transition of solutions to operations and support teams Oversee SAP environment governance, refreshes, availability, performance, and stability Resolve complex delivery and production issues requiring deep SAP landscape knowledge Supervise and mentor team members; ensure quality and standards compliance Provide advisory input to team leads and management on delivery risks and improvements

Key Deliverables

Annual delivery and release roadmap Detailed delivery and environment plans Delivery progress and management dashboards Environment governance and refresh documentation Procedures and training materials for delivery and production releases

Required Profile (Expert)

20+ years of experience in IT and the SAP ecosystem Extensive hands-on experience with

SAP Solution Manager (SolMan)

Proven SAP delivery coordination experience on large-scale, complex environments Demonstrated expertise in release, cutover, and production stability management Experience supervising and mentoring delivery resources
