Job Description

Purpose of the role:

To ensure accurate, timely, and reliable capture of all operational, maintenance, tyre, and battery data within SAP, supporting effective production planning, equipment performance monitoring, and informed management decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately capturing, updating and maintaining all operational and maintenance data related to the business operations using the SAP modules Ensure machine availability, utilization, maintenance activities, tyre and battery performance, and daily operational KPIs are correctly recorded and reported The position plays a critical role in providing reliable data to support production, maintenance planning, and management decision-making Capture daily machine hours, breakdowns, and stoppages Assist planners by maintaining updated backlog and outstanding work orders Record tyre inspections, wear measurements, pressure readings, and replacements Update tyre movement (mounting, demounting, rotation, scrapping) Machine Availability Machine Utilisation Breakdown hours Provide daily performance dashboards to management

Minimum Requirements:

Matric / Grade 12 (essential) Diploma in Office Administration, Information Systems, Logistics, or related field Minimum 3 Years Experience Technical qualification in the Automotive/Mining industry Strong working knowledge of SAP PM module Experience with Tyre and Battery Management Modules Competent in MS Excel for reporting Ability to analyse data and identify inconsistencies Knowledge of mining fleet 0&M processes is highly desirable For more information please contact:
